For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

• "kkjili," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the kkjili platform, its operators, and affiliated entities responsible for the operation of the website located at https://kkjili.app.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the kkjili platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the kkjili website, mobile site, and all associated services, games, features, and content made available through https://kkjili.app.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the kkjili registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player into their kkjili account using approved payment methods, available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Player's account by kkjili, subject to applicable wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and address verification, required before processing withdrawals.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the kkjili platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the kkjili platform and close your account if one has been created.

kkjili reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of kkjili after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To register and use the kkjili platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine law governing online gambling and casino-style gaming activities.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

kkjili reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by kkjili may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

To access real-money gaming services on kkjili, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one active kkjili account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. kkjili will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify kkjili support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach affecting your credentials.
• Identity Verification (KYC): kkjili may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card) and proof of address.
• Account Ownership: Your kkjili account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

kkjili reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity.

kkjili supports a range of payment methods tailored for Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used.
• kkjili does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name. kkjili does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) hour for GCash and PayMaya, and within the same business day for bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
• kkjili reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
• Bonus balances are not directly withdrawable and must first satisfy applicable wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.

kkjili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. kkjili reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts or other means constitutes bonus abuse.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance not used within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• kkjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus eligibility or terms, kkjili's decision shall be final and binding.
• Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

All games available on the kkjili platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring that all game outcomes are random, fair, and independent of previous results. The following rules apply to gameplay on the platform:

• Each game on the kkjili platform has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before playing.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on kkjili's servers, the server record shall be deemed authoritative and final.
• kkjili reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or other irregularity has occurred that may have affected the outcome.
• Players must not use any software, tool, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform, including but not limited to bots, scripts, or exploit techniques.
• Collusion between players in any game, including live dealer games, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.

kkjili's game outcomes are regularly audited to ensure compliance with fairness standards. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within the respective game information sections.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kkjili platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Creating or operating more than one kkjili account.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the platform's software, systems, or security measures.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any way.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play intended to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kkjili staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate transactions made on the platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

All content on the kkjili platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the property of kkjili or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the kkjili platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from kkjili.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from platform content.

The kkjili name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of kkjili. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kkjili, its operators, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the kkjili platform or any services provided therein.

Without limiting the foregoing, kkjili shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service, whether due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond kkjili's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on information provided on the platform.
• Any technical malfunction, system failure, or communication error that affects gameplay or transaction processing.
• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the platform, which are the sole responsibility of the Player.

kkjili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, limits can be decreased immediately but increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose within a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request temporary self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic notifications reminding them of the time spent in a gaming session.

kkjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected bonus abuse or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against kkjili.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward kkjili staff or other players.
• Accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.

Upon account closure, kkjili will process any remaining verified real-money balance (net of any applicable deductions for breaches) to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

Players may also voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting kkjili customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

kkjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document.

For material changes that significantly affect Player rights or obligations, kkjili will provide advance notice via email to registered Players or through a prominent notice on the platform, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the kkjili platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the kkjili platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Players are encouraged to contact kkjili customer support in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent kkjili from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
